The subject of this order was the drainage of the buildings by a system of domestic water treatment plants in the municipalities of Leština, Doubravice, Dvořiště, and Podhořany u Nových Hradů.

In total 74 domestic water treatment plants was built and connected to the existing rain sewers, soaking devices etc.
